Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

- Return and refund requests must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.

- We do not accept non-defective remorse returns.
- Items must be returned in original condition, without excessive use or damage.
Order Cancellations
- Before Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.
Returns Due to Damage or Defects
If your order was delivered damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

- Email us at contact@saeyu.com with details and photos/videos of the damage or defect, including the shipping label and package condition.

Return the Item:
- We will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back.

Refund Processing:
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping Issues

Delayed in Transit or No Tracking Info:
- If there has been no tracking update for more than 10 business days, please contact us at [Your Support Email] for assistance.
- Exceptions: This does not apply during special circumstances such as holidays, extreme weather, or other uncontrollable events.

Damaged in Transit:
- If tracking shows the item was damaged in transit, you can request a refund by providing proof (e.g., a screenshot of the tracking status).

Returned to Sender:
- If tracking shows the order was returned to the sender (except for incorrect addresses provided by the customer), you may request a full refund if the product has not been excessively used.

Delivered but Not Received:
- If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Contact your shipping carrier with the tracking number to initiate an investigation.
- File a missing package report and, if necessary, a mail theft report with local law enforcement.
- As carriers provide GPS delivery confirmations, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered.
- If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
Quality Issues or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item with quality issues, incorrect size, color, or style, or if there are missing items/accessories:

- Provide photos or videos of the issue and include images of the package and shipping label.

Return the Item:
- Once approved, return the item to us. You may use a prepaid return label ($6.95 will be deducted from your refund) or ship the item at your own expense.

Refund Processing:
- A full refund will be issued for items returned in good condition without excessive use.
- If the item is excessively used, only a partial refund will be provided.
Non-Refundable Items
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, or refused packages unless the error was on our part.
Important Notes
- Holiday Delays: Delays may occur during holiday periods due to high order volumes and courier capacity.
- Christmas Deadline: Orders placed after December 10th may not arrive before Christmas. Please plan accordingly.
